This stunning 1968 Corvette Convertible is powered by its matching-numbers L68 427ci V8 paired with a TH400 automatic transmission and heavy-duty Positraction rear end with 3.08 gears. An early-production example built in October 1967, this Corvette has undergone a frame-off restoration and is finished in its original Corvette Bronze with a black convertible top and Dark Orange leather interior. The engine was rebuilt at 54,890 miles and retains its original A.I.R. system. Well equipped with power steering, power brakes, original 15x7 AG Rally wheels, new Goodyear Speedway Wide Tread red-line tires, rear luggage rack, and dual side mirrors. Adding to its collectibility, the sale includes the original sales invoice, Protect-O-Plate, and owner's manual. 57,145 miles (title reads exempt).
