To Our Guests: Guaranty Chevrolet takes the health of our guests and employees very seriously. Therefore we have enacted the following policies in response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak: - We are offering Free Touchless Home Delivery for all customers who live in Orange County, CA - Requiring all employees, and requesting all guests, to implement good hygiene standards (frequent hand washing for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, use of hand sanitizer when necessary, cover coughs and sneezes with tissue or elbow and washing hands immediately afterwards, etc.) - Avoiding unnecessary contact and substituting hand shakes for polite verbal greetings - Hourly cleaning of all workstations, restrooms, the customer lounge, door surfaces, and other common surfaces with disinfectant - Disinfecting our cashier area even more often, and disinfecting the signature capture pad/pen after every customer. If this is not done prior to your use, just notify the cashier and they will clean the device - Wiping down customer car door handles, steering wheels and shifter knobs on drop off and delivery - Providing gloves for employee use - Mandating that all employees exhibiting any symptoms of illness remain at home until symptoms end or you are released by a medical professional - Asking all customers who are feeling ill to kindly reschedule their appointments with all departments by phone While we take pride in the cleanliness of our facility at all times, we have implemented these advanced policies to ensure the good health of our guests and employees. Management welcomes any feedback to improve the steps already taken and will do our best to accommodate suggestions.
